Help Center › Run your bookings
Your AI assistant
Open it
Click the RESRA sun face beside your login name. The assistant opens in a panel over whatever you were doing, so you can keep your place. Close it with the X or by clicking outside it. It is there on every admin page and only for owners and admins; agents, accountants and guests do not see the sun. The same sun face also sits in the small note at the bottom of the admin side menu, under Help Center; clicking it there opens the assistant too.
Speak instead of typing. The microphone button beside the box uses your browser's own speech recognition: press it, say what you want, and the words appear in the box as you speak. Read them, fix anything it misheard, and send. It listens in English or Spanish, following the language your admin is set to. Chrome, Edge and Safari have it; Firefox does not, and the button stays hidden there. Nothing is recorded by RESRA.
What it does
- Drafts a listing from photos. Attach a few photos, say what the place is, and it writes the title, description and amenities as a draft under Listings. Ask it to change the draft as many times as you like.
- Imports an Airbnb listing. Paste the public link and it pulls the title, description, photos and amenities into a draft, and tells you what it could not find. Details in Import an Airbnb listing.
- Writes replies. Draft with AI on a guest message gives it the message and your listing, and it drafts a reply in the guest's language, English or Spanish.
- Answers from your own data. Ask about your listings or your recent inquiries and it reads them before it answers.
- Helps with words. Polish a description, translate a listing to Spanish, draft a newsletter from your bullet points. Paste the result where you need it.
- Starts a listing video. Ask for a slideshow of a listing and it opens the video builder with the length you asked for.
What it cannot do
- It does not publish. A listing it drafts stays a draft until you set it to Active and save. A reply it writes is text for you to send.
- It does not take bookings, change calendars, move money or touch your Airbnb account.
- It does not browse the web beyond the public Airbnb page you give it, and it does not read other accounts. It sees your listings and your inquiries, and what you type or attach.
Privacy
The assistant works only on your account's data. Your conversations are not used to train the model. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance; the assistant tells you if you reach it.
Good to know
- Read what it writes. It is confident and usually right, and sometimes wrong about a detail. Rates, dates, bed counts and house rules deserve a second look before they go to a guest.
- Be specific. "Describe this as a two-bedroom beach house for families, warm, no sales talk" gets a better draft than "write a description."
- Photos help. For a listing, three or four clear photos give it more to work with than a paragraph of notes.
